Shadow work is the psychological and spiritual practice of exploring the unconscious, or shadow. It is embracing our flaws, allowing our wildness, and letting the skeletons in our closet out to dance.
The goal of shadow work is, as Carl Jung put it, to "make the darkness conscious." Not to wrestle with our demons, but rather to face them, see them as they are, and accept them as part of us. This work is vital for spiritual development. This class will give you the tools and confidence for meaningful shadow work.
Meet the Instructor:
Libby Bruce has been studying tarot and spirituality for over 20 years. She is the force behind Cat and Crow and a lifelong solitary green witch. Libby loves to write and teach about the tarot and about her own spiritual journey. She is the author of a poetry chapbook, Circles: Poems from the Shadow.
